How can I extend the warranty on my product?
All our products are covered by a standard one-year warranty. Some products are eligible for an extended warranty. To extend the warranty on your product:1. Go to the "Services" tab.2. Select "Extend your warranty" form.3. Fill out the available form to benefit from an extension of one or two years, depending on the product purchased.Please refer to the General Sales and Conditions (GSC) for more details. -
How can I check if my product is still under warranty?
All our products are guaranteed 1 year from the date of purchase (invoice). However, if you registered an eligible product, you will receive one or 2 additional years of warranty. For more information and terms, please consult the General Sales and Conditions (GSC).
